Reasons
These changes preserve experienced leadership in key roles while creating opportunities for newer members to contribute meaningfully in other capacities.
We urge each of you to reflect seriously on these proposals—and more importantly, on your own willingness to support the Club through active participation. This Club exists because of the members who invest their time and energy into it. If we cannot fill vacant Committee roles, we must be honest about the fact that the Club’s future may be at risk.
